Controller "Rid-O-Rust" Fault
My controller (800-PL) does not send out a 24VAC signal across the C (common?) and P terminals that will allow the Rid-O-Rust system to run when the sprinklers do. All other terminals have the required 24VAC voltage and the sprinklers run fine. Any idea what I should check/replace? It has worked fine for the last four years and has now stopped.
Correction: my controller is a PC300 (outdoor, 15zones)
I'm not real familliar with all of that controllers features but, I do believe it may have a master valve select. Meaning you can choose to turn on your master valve or not for every station. When I refer to the master valve I mean the pump (p) or master valve (mv )circuit. Go through your programming guide and see if it has a mv selection and switch it to the on position for the zones you wish to run your Rid-o-Rust system on.

It does have a mv selection switch. If you don't have your instructions you can go to www.hunterindustries.com. Click on products, then controllers, then on the Pro-c, then click on the installation and programming link. Then scroll down, It will be under the advanced features #8.
