I had a pool installed and some of the lines were busted. I had one company come in and fix the lines and add a spigot so I can use a hose. That was done during the pool process. Well now the pool is done and sod is installed and the company is no longer in business so I called another company to come in and finish the job. They did the sprinklers but somehow the spigot does not work now. I've tried to get them to fix it but they don't understand english and it's turned into a fiasco. Can someone please tell me how to get the spigot to work again. I don't want to have to call another company in to fix this. This little job has already costs me over 2000.00. Any help is appreciated.

Did the spigot run inderpendently or was it active when other things were running?

if inderpendently a wire may have been cut to the valve suppling the water, if not maybe they
cut and capped the pipe
