short thow rotor vs rotoray

I'm currently in the middle of a sprinkler design and I'm having some difficulties deciding. I have a few areas that would require a short throw rotors. My latest design has about 12 or so I20's with the short radius nozzles and I'm fine with that. But I'm interested to know what peoples thoughts are for those vs a rotator style head. I really am looking for heads with SAM feature and a 6" riser since these areas are sloped and I cut my grass tall.
The plan either way is to zone the hill in two zones, separating the top and bottom of the hill and splitting the middle.
