Water leak From Rain Bird 500 Rotary Nozzle

When the system is off, water leaks from the nozzle continuously. There is no dirt inside of the rotary body. Everything is clean. I just purchase this rotary sprayer (500 series) brand new. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you.

It it's leaking 24 hours a day then the valve isn't shutting off all the way. Either repair it or replace it.

There are four rotary heads on zone 7. Why only one rotary head is leaking and instead of all four of them? Just curious. Thanks.
