fixing drip system on very steep grade pressure issue

We have 2 zones on steep hillside. We have anti syphon valves at top of hill and pressure SHOULD be ok....but there is not enough pressure & drip emitters are spitting air. Zone 1 at top has 4 horizontal tubing across hill. Zone 2 has 2 rows of tubing across hill. any advice please...

Is this a new install or just a new problem?

Have the emitters been replaced recently?

Do the lines drain dry anywhere after they've watered? I don't see it getting full of air unless they do. Even so that should eventually stop once the line's full of water again.

Check the filters and make sure they're not totally clogged up.

Are the valves on city water or is there a pump somewhere?

What happens when you open the valve with the bleeder screw? Or by turning the solenoid counter clockwise?
