SMARTLINE 1600- Fault - ZONE 16 IS OPEN

Hi,

I am a new member here. Just last week i installed a Smartline S1600 Sprinkler system and when i am trying run in the manual mode, the sprinkler is not working. So i went to advance see that there is a FAULT message as ZONE IS NOT OPEN.

I have following questions.
1- Does it require any technician to get involved to fix this ZONE 16 is not open issue? Because rest of the zone has some voltage where as zone 16 is at fault.

2- Now, because of this fault is it possible that entire sprinkler system is not working?

Any prompt help is appreciated.
