Is there any way to make a hunter pgp head that oscillates back and forth go in a complete circle instead? I have a couple of newly installed (by someone else)heads that are currently going back and forth and need to be either replaced or adjusted so that they go completely around.

Yes, Hunter makes both an adjustable PGP and a strictly 360 degree PGP. The PGP adjustable heads can be adjusted for a full 360 degrees, no need to replace them, unless of course they are not moving at all.
