Timer valve in the wrong place?

I have been in my home for 13 years and I just read that no valve should be after the anti siphon valve. My house is a double wide mobile and it has an anti siphon valve in the rear of my house controlling all of my rear outdoor water spigots and the sprinkler valve which are all past the anti siphon valve. Can anyone tell me if this is wrong or is it ok. Like I said I have been here a long time with it like this with no problem. Thank you for any help.

You don't have backflow protection with the configuration you described. All the zone valves have to be antisyphon valves, or as a more practical alternative, the one ASV near the trailer needs to be replaced with a Pressure Vacuum Breaker and an electric zone valve downstream of it.

I agree! This would definitely help!
