One zone with low pressure

I've got one zone that has developed low pressure, meaning last year it was fine. It's low enough that the heads won't pop up all the way or they won't turn.
I've manually opened the valve (stem with wires coming out), same.
Pulled screws and cleaned diaphragm, same.
Went to end of the line, pulled the head out to maybe flush contaminants, same. (Also probably taught my boy some words my wife won't be happy about...)
Other two zones have good pressure, so it's not the well. Thanks all!

RE: One zone with low pressure

Kinda sounds like its getting pinched by a tree root. Are there many big trees between the operating valve and the closest head on the zone? If so its probably pinched.
