Filter requirement for hard water

Hello all. I'm working on a drip irrigation system for my garden and berries. We have hard water (I think it is calcium/lime), and I am wondering what type of filter I would need to prevent the drip emitters from clogging? Also, if they do clog, can you soak them in a cleaning solution like CRL to clear them without damaging the plastic?

Thanks for any help!

If you can use that hard water from a hose-end sprinkler to water your garden, then you can employ drip irrigation without any treatment other than fine-mesh filtering to protect the emitters from becoming clogged.
