Nelson SmartZone EZ won't cycle

Hi, I am new here. I know that Bosch bought Nelson. My issue is that the clock for each zone does not count down so will not advance to the next zone. I have reset the system, and reset all data again. I tried the 3 minute test mode and it does the same thing --it won't advance.

Actually, Bosch didn't buy the Nelson that concerns you. All the pro irrigation was previously sold to Signature.

In general, a controller that fails after a complete power-down reset is a dead controller.
