check valve

I am replacing four hunter pgp rotors with hunter 1-20's. One is lower in elevation that the others and will have a check valve. Is it okay to have check valves on the other 3 (since I already ordered them) or should the other 3 be without a check Valve.

It won't make a difference wth the other 3
