I find that when the pressure is low on everything it's usually a pressure regulator gone bad.
Could be that a shut off valve isn't on all the way. Have any plumbing done lately? Check the valve in the meter box as well.
Could be a filter on the line needs cleaning.
Could be all 5 valves are bad. Open one with them with the bleeder screw and see if you get more pressure.
Check the flow controls to make sure someone didn't turn them down.

LOW WATER PRESSURE IN ZONE LINES

All 5 zones have really low water pressure...sometimes one or two of them will have enogh pressure to spray water out otherwise just a bunch of water around each head
