What are these

I bought a box of Rainbird sprinklers from a local auction company. I had my wife go by and pick them up today for me and she said they came with a bag of parts not show at the auction. She sends me a picture of them and I can not figure out what they are. Has anybody seen something like what she is holding in the picture?

Thanks Rick[/img]
